Dustless Drilling
We can offer dustless dry drilling techniques from 12mm to 35mm in up to 900mm deep. This is good for non-heavily reinforced concrete. Can be used for basic floor-slabs, frame erection etc. The technique does not require holes to be cleaned out prior to epoxy resins being used.
Heavy Diamond Drilling
We have rig-mounted drills with either bolt down, rail or vacuum base plates and can drill from 20mm diameters, up to 500mm diameters. Our larger rigs are fitted with automatic advance units to achieve maximum productivity and economy of use.
Stitch Drilling
Where openings in floors and walls are too big for standard cores, we will use a stitch drill with a series of drill cores to create an adequate opening.
Floor Sawing
All floor saws are wet cut, with both self-propelled and push-along saws in the fleet. These are for standard depths ip to 250mm and larger depths by arrangement.
Wall Sawing
From large-mounted saws to hand-held units, we use diamond chainsaws and 400mm deep-cut as standard and can respond to all of your wall-sawing needs.
